2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Description

Conceptualisation, Visualisation and Design

  • Coordinate for data requests with MIS team and manage the database.
  • Develop, prepare and circulate periodic business reports to internal management. This includes reports to retail business, corporate business etc.
  • Provide on-demand research support/data analysis to Business Development Team.
  • Monitor the daily performance of promotions and campaigns and conduct a cost benefit analysis of such activities.
  • Conduct market research, primary or secondary as per the business requirement of the BD teams. Interact with the stakeholderÔÇÖs of other departments to understand and define the problem.
  • Define and conduct the research/survey: Develop the layout of the research methodologies, prepare questionnaire if required, conduct the activities, analyze the result, draw inferences, provide recommendations and prepare a document of the whole study.
  • Self initiated or Ad-hoc research projects identified by MRS Team in order to strengthen the marketing strategies.
  • Perform analysis for overseas market research for business development, in existing and new┬á markets in consultation with NPI team.
  • Assist in special projects like loyalty program, global communication with required details.
  • Identity processes or applications that required review and recommend options for improvement.

Qualification:

  • MBA in marketing/finance domain.
  • 2-3 years of industry/sector experience.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Exceptional written, oral and presentation┬á communication abilities.
  • Expertise with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
