Please be informed that as the PIN has been lost, we request you to kindly contact card service centre at +971 2 6355625 for the card replacement as we need to perform certain level checks for security purpose. Once the card is replaced, new card along with the PIN will be dispatched to the company address in 5 to 7 business days and there will be a charge of AED 25 for the same.
